Our Story
No great story ever started with someone eating a salad, and ours is no exception. Over a cold drink at our local pub, my husband and I were solving the world's problems, as we often do. This particular evening, the conversation zeroed in on the critical lack of comprehensive, life-saving training for Linemen. It wasn't our first discussion on the subject, but this time, fueled by a growing conviction, we picked up the phone and started making calls. We contacted four other highly qualified Lineman friends, pitching the idea of creating a specialized training company. Without hesitation, they all enthusiastically agreed to join forces with us.
My unique perspective as a "Line Wife," coupled with 15 years of utility experience and a degree in communications, makes me the ideal leader for this initiative. My primary focus is making sure that "my guys" come home safely every day. My knowledge of the field, combined with our team's expertise and this commitment, establishes a solid foundation for our powerful command center. We've assembled industry-leading Linemen, boasting a collective 120+ years of experience – 80 in line work, 40 in training – to share their invaluable knowledge and inspiring stories. These proven masters of their craft will engage and educate others with unparalleled passion and skill.
